NYPD cops save two emaciated puppies living in filthy Brooklyn basement as they searched for slashing suspect
This week, on Paw and Order.
Two cops looking for a man wanted for slashing his brother wound up saving two emaciated puppies in a Brooklyn basement Tuesday morning, police said.
Members of the NYPD’s Warrants Squad were looking for Devon Fenton, 25, when they came calling at his Chestnut St. home in East New York just before 8 a.m., cops said.
Fenton wasn’t home, but the cops spotted the two pups, living in squalor, through a basement window, cops said.
